How was everybody’s summer? With all of the things that this pandemic has caused, whether directly or indirectly, it has no-doubt been anything but a “normal” one. For some of our illustrator friends, drawing Covid-related images may just be what this year is all about, yet they always give it their very best. Just like Mark Smith’s brilliant illustration for The Economist. “I can't remember the particulars for this story”, Mark says, “but it pretty much sums up this summer's response to the pandemic.”
