COVID-19 is something that nobody could have ever planned, it has ruined a lot of lives, businesses, and minds of people. Some days it's hard to see light at the end of an ongoing tunnel but I do believe that it is there.

In these uncertain times, what with a lot of people being let go from jobs, furloughed, or made to feel anxious about even going in if they have a job. It is important to connect with yourself and the world around you. It's easy when you have time off to get absorbed by phones, tv's, podcasts, and gaming. These are no means bad, as you can gain valuable information or simply let yourself go for a while.

One thing I would say though is that sometimes you have to disconnect to be able to connect to the world around you. I've recently noticed how beautiful the fall is, I love the colors of all the leaves and it really is inspiring. Things, like nature, are constantly changing so keep in mind that the world itself is beautiful and there is a lot of healing out there. Stay safe and be kind to yourself.
