If you’re a frequent visitor of photographer Irene Peña’s wonderful page here on Altpick then you may have noticed a number of newly added images. These show well-known dancer and choreographer, Florencia Chavez, doing what she does best in the San Jose, Costa Rica-located dance studio where she teaches. The captured spontaneous moments of Florencia just being herself are part of Irene’s new “Costarican women artists” series, which is shot entirely on Pentax 67 and Holga 120 analog cameras.
