MONEY is the theme behind two of Federico Gastaldi’s latest editorial illustrations, showing the “good” and the “bad” side of those well-sought-after green paper slips.
The first image, titled “Out of the Box”, was created for Cincinnati Magazine after MacKenzie Scott’s (ex-wife of Jeff Bezos) surprising and historical donation of $2.7 billion to charities and racial equity causes.
The second, a great spread illustration created for Chicago Booth Review, accompanies an article that presents research on how the savings of the 1% have caused the middle class to be buried in debt.
