Illustrator and fine artist Aaron “Stardust” Piland is taking a closer look at himself and who he is with a couple of his more recent pieces. The first one, a self-portrait of Aaron made in his unique artistic style, poses the question: “Who am I? Dad? Artist? Inner-visionist? Friend? Lover? Everything? Nothing?” A query most of us may be familiar with and one that might present itself from time to time — when we’re not busy looking at our phones. The second piece, a more abstract version of a self-portrait, only comes with one curious working title: “Inner self project”.
