One of illustrator Julia Kerschbaumer's all-time favorite bands is Faith No More! The band formed in 1979 (under different names) and has been together on and off since then. Tours have recently been postponed due to the pandemic and have not yet been rescheduled.
"Their great lead singer Mike Patton has a range of voices or vocal techniques from rock to classical to roaring monster to child's voice to rap." Kerschbaumer continues to say, "He is the most experimental vocalist I have ever heard, which he also lives up to in his numerous other musical projects. (At this point, get well soon to Mike, who seems to be struggling with mental issues right now)."
This great crossover / alternative metal band has written music history and influenced numerous other bands.
