Illustrator and artist, Mark Smith, received the approval from the United States Olympic Committee to be an "official" artist of the 2008 Olympics!
Below are two images, one of the painting and the press photo for the Olympics. He is started the national media roll-out last week with an unveiling event in New York City on February 28th.
The usage of this image on posters and other reproductions will promote and support the United States Olympic efforts - a portion of all proceeds from the image go to financially support our athletes. In addition, Mark will be traveling to China for an exhibition of my Olympic series at the United States Embassy in Beijing.
