Photographer Jonathan Meter and cook/writer, Jessica Hertle, just launched "Bite Sized" food blog. Each week a new posting will present a single bite of food with a unique combination of flavors and an appealing aesthetic. "Our inspiration comes from our mutual love of food, our constant quest to share food by paring down a dish into one quintessential bite and the combination of our cooking and photography careers.", comments the duo.
This week the tasty treat is Sage-Wrapped Veal Meatballs with Sauteed Wild Ramps and Broccoli Rabe. Yummy!
