Robert Houser's "How to Play Japan" spread in the March 14th, 2014 issue of Barron’s was shot on location in downtown San Francisco near the offices of Matthews Asia. "Having scouted the location earlier that morning, we got lucky to arrive right when the light was where we wanted it", says Houser.
