Dung Hoang does an anti-tobacco campaign targeted at college and high school students. The illustrations are done based on the fortune-telling cards -- tarot cards idea. The cards will be packaged and sent out to students on campus this November. Asides from the tarot cards, mousepads laid out with them will also be distributed to students.
