Golf Magazine recently sent Los Angeles photographer, Jeff Newton to Las Vegas for a three day shoot. Over that time, Jeff photographed seven golfers including a cover shoot with Gary Woodland. The shoot also had Jeff shooting high frame rate swing sequences for the iPad edition with the Canon 1Dx and GoPro camera.
"The shoots were pretty crazy since all of the golfers were in Vegas for a Callaway Golf advertising campaign - so we had to work around their other shoots." Newton continues to say, "That said, all of the golfers were cool to work with and we got some great images. Only downside - trying to haul your gear through a packed casino-hotel floor after each day of shoots. I won't be doing that again..."
