Sometimes in art, a little change in color makes all the difference. Like with this “Rose Romance” packaging project for rose and champagne chocolates, illustrated by Julia Kerschbaumer. According to Julia, the previous iteration had a palette of pink and gold, which certainly fit the romantic mood and the baroque theme.
In the end, however, her love for bold, retro colors was what ended up on the final version, and what a beautiful choice of colors it was indeed! Additionally, an updated logo (complete with a new rose icon) was provided as icing on the ca-…or shall we say chocolates?
