Jon Krause continues to impress with his ongoing series of illustrations for the Wall Street Journal on the topic of cyber security. This artwork relates back to an article on the monumental task of cleaning up numerous compromised passwords, all at once. Jon says: “I had the idea of representing these passwords as both keys and rotting fish, washed up on the beach with a figure raking them into a pile.” According to Krause, this metaphorical portrayal was not something he expected to get green-lit. Evidently, however, it did and we’re happy we got a chance to see the finalization of this fantastic image!
