“The future is here!” Or so Volkswagen Group of America proclaims as it rolls out its first autonomous driving test fleet in the heart of Austin, Texas. The test (accompanied by supervising human drivers) is meant to collect data across different driving scenarios using cameras, radar, and lidar.
