Mark Smith is back with yet another fantastic series of artworks, this time for Alta Journal. The illustrations depict an incredible true story found in the magazine’s latest issue, titled “Miracle on the Mountain”; While battling a raging forest fire, two firefighters were gravely injured by a falling boulder. They would soon find out that their best hope for survival was a Coast Guard team who had to rely on their experience rescuing people at sea to get the firefighters to safety(!).
