Photographer Rick Souders' final drink in the 10th-anniversary collection in the 90 Drinks of Summer is the S’mores Bourbon.
Here's the recipe for this awesome drink with compliments from Rick Souders:
2oz of your favorite whiskey
4 dashes of chocolate bitters
1/4 oz vanilla simple syrup
Stir all ingredients together in a separate glass.
Dip the rim of your rocks glass with vanilla syrup and coat with crushed graham crackers.
Add a large ice cube and add a toasted marshmallows on top. Service with dark chocolate.
