There’s no denying that regardless of its benefits to society as a whole, a so-called “lockdown” can take a toll on the psyche of many individuals.
This feeling of being “trapped” was brilliantly portrayed in a recent Instagram post by photographer and Altpick member, Kate Turning, which likens the home confines to a padded cell.
Though the image was shared in response to the most recent closure of public spots and the reaction many people might have from being forced to spend most of their time inside, it’s always nice to see a bit of humor injected into our current situation. After all, laughter is the best medicine.
