Since last year, illustrator Richard Borge has been working on a number of wonderful 3D-illustrations for Microsoft. As part of their “Circular Centers” animations (animated by Black Math), Richard has taken direction and stories by White Rhino and created something special, turning something as (potentially) dry as the topic of computer networks into fun and colorful images that burst with playfulness and creativity.
One of our favorites is his giant and curiously adorable “Godzilla”-like creature which illustrates “when an unexpected challenge of any size comes along”. You can also see Richard’s characters come to life in the video about “Datacenters and Decarbonization”.
