Urs Knobel sends us his regards from a heatwave-stricken Europe! Despite the rising numbers of Corona patients in his home continent, Urs is staying as creative as ever. However, there are also some artworks that were made right on the cusp of the pandemic that has yet to be shown to the world, like these watercolor paintings made during his trip to Colombia in 2019.
The pieces were initially sketched out on-site in Urs’s personal workbook before being brought into his studio back home and processed into watercolor paintings. Urs also got a chance to show twelve of his watercolors at Gallery Ziegler (BAAR, Switzerland) in the spring of this year.
