On September 11, 2020, retired manager Elton B. Stephens Jr. woke up in the house he was renting by a young man standing by his bedside. The stranger asked Elton what he was doing in his home, further claiming that he and his family had bought the house off the market. What followed would turn out to be the most terrifying experience of the ex-manager's life by what the media has later been referring to as “The Madcap Kidnappers”.
