Numerous clients have sought the photographic services of Art Brewer for decades. Being a California citizen by heart and a veteran in the business, Art was an obvious choice when the new Southern California land development Rancho Mission Viejo was to promote their upcoming second village, “Esencia” (meaning “essence” or “indispensable” in Spanish). The village, which will have it’s grand opening later this year and include over 800 homes to start off with, had to be captured in just the right way, showing its family and elderly-oriented approach, as well as the beautiful landscape that surrounds the community. Looking at Art’s photographs which were recently published on the official website, this was definitely achieved (not that we had any doubts about it!).
