Artist Message
Mark Peterman is a photographer currently based in Phoenix, Arizona. His work includes commercial and editorial photography in the studio or on location with a focus on lifestyle, portraiture and travel. Mark’s work reflects a graphic, story-telling quality with a cinematic feel. He captures what appears to be ordinary moments with a produced look to the final product and attention to detail regarding: lighting, props, styling, casting, sets and backgrounds. He photographs normal people well by putting his subjects at ease. He is continually refining his artistic vision by drawing on influences from music, literature and art.
